Madrasah Aliyah Satu Atap Al-Hikam Cendekia (MA SA Al-Hikam Cendekia) adalah madrasah tingkat menengah pertama satu atap yang berada dalam lingkup pesantren MIQ Al-Hikam, berada satu atap/berada dalam satu kawasan pesantren menjadikan MA SA Al-Hikam sekolah formal yang istimewa, dikarenakan semua siswa/santri wajib menetap di pesantren, menjadikan para siswa lebih fokus dalam belajar dan tidak terganggu dengan dunia luar pesantren. Dengan ditambah pelajaran keagamaan khas pesantren salaf menjadikan siswa mempunyai nilai tambah dari segi intelektual.
